This week on Our America with Lisa Ling, the OA team took a closer look at our criminal justice system.  Within the hour, the team points out death row cases, wrongful sentencing, restitution and the impact on the human beings attached to each of these cases and their outcomes.  From the cutting room floor, here are a couple of scenes that couldn’t be fit into the program but are worth watching.  As Our America keeps peeling back the layers of what we don’t always see, it gives us the opportunity to stand up and understand topics that may not always touch our own lives.  Opening our eyes to a whole new world that just might be right around the corner. Don’t miss these videos.
