With Nate Berkus week of our Oprah inspired O You Boot Camp behind us, my sister and I are feeling ready to fill week 2 with wisdom and insight from Bob Greene, Oprah’s fitness expert. Although we are a bit tired from editing the entire house, it seems fitting to take a little time to edit our own habits. Bob Greene has SO many tips to changing your life and it was hard to come up with just 3 main goals this week. However, I think we picked some good ones.
O You Boot Camp Week 2: The Bob Greene Challenge
- For the Body – Begin Bob Greene’s “Better Body Boot Camp” program, a basic routine for anyone who is just beginning a workout regimen
- For the Body and Soul – Infuse “Super Foods” to boost our mind into our daily diet
- For the Mind – Create a time and space for daily meditation
Making a change in your life is all about taking simple baby steps and making the commitment. With a collection of tips, advice and plans from Bob Greene in hand, we are certain that this OYou week will not only challenge us…but it will change our lives! Week 2 Bob Greene Mini-Boot Camp Challenge: Set aside 30 minutes a day to take a walk, ride a bike or even meditate….something that will lift your spirit and is just for you.
*TIP: I have found that a walk with my sister is perfect. I am able to laugh, have fun and get a little exercise in while I spend time with someone I love. It’s a total win-win!
