On this weeks edition of Oprah, Behind the Scenes, Oprah and her team of producers sit down in one of the studios for an intimate chat on how the show came about, what it takes to put it together, and more.  Here is a just a bit of what they talked about.  Pitch meetings, the reason to do a behind the scenes docu-series, how they all stay camera ready and glammed up and more…  They also had fans Skype in with their questions, such as how do you do it all with work, family.   I loved Jill Van Lockeren’s response which was, “there is no such thing as balance…it’s a new balance/normal.”   If you didn’t catch it the first time, watch it online or definitely set your DVR for when it repeats.  It’s a well focused, fun look at Oprah and her Harpo team as they wrap up their journey together is what only can be called phenomenal.
