OYou Boot Camp Challenge Week Two
After the first week of OYou Boot Camp, it’s time to add some movement into the game. While the first week had us looking inside to move us toward our passion, this next week is going to focus on digging deep for taking care of ourselves and our bodies. With 11 more weeks of this boot camp before we are in California, we are diving into making the connection of our mind, body and spirit by connecting all of them this week in a very real way.
With the emotions running high from life and last week, moving into this week and JUST MOVING sounds really good. Last week, the world gave us new daily routines that pushed us to new levels, we said goodbye to a family dog of 16 years and tried hard to remember through it all to put ourselves on our list and keep the focus of what we are trying to do in this boot camp – move in the direction to live our best life. By the end of the week, we realized one thing – trust the universe and open your heart to the world. You never know where it will lead you or what lessons it will bring.
For fitness, we are taking a collective breath together and heading for the deep end. It’s our Fitness: Get Moving, No Excuses week. So jump in with us! Here is our 3-step challenge for this week in our OYou Boot Camp.
- Find your fitness routine – Find the time. Find the exercises. Find a routine and GO! Learn to stay motivated and change your life by jumping in and making the commitment.
- Be motivated to try something new – Push yourself to try something new. Find a yoga class. What about dancing? Try something you’ve always wanted to do. You just may find something new to love!
- Make your fitness connection by keeping a journal of your mood, your exercise and your eating habits. Commit to keeping track for the next 7 days. Be aware and conscious of what you are doing…and be proud of yourself for doing it.
We hope you follow our journey and are inspired enough to start your own. Welcome to week two of our OYou 2012 Boot Camp Challenge. Take the time to pay attention to your life…take care of your mind, body and spirit and it will take care of you.
