Simply ease into your silence and your focus and your smile. Take the time and focus on the curve of your lips…see your smile in your mind…focus on how it feels in your face to smile. Smile meditation. Change your day…give it a try. It just might be the best thing that you’ve done for yourself in a long time…guaranteed to make your heart smile.
