With the announcement that Oprah will be attending the O You Conference in Atlanta this year, these two sisters realized that somehow, someway we just have to get there so that we can bring ALL the lessons back to the Daily OWN for all of our readers around the world. So, as we work towards this “not in the budget” adventure, we thought that our prep for O You would be the PERFECT time to put ourselves through our version of “O You Boot Camp” to get our lives ready for October 15th. So, for the next eleven weeks, we will be putting ourselves through a “mind, body and soul” challenge and telling you all about it here at The Daily OWN.
Here is our challenge. For the next eleven weeks, we will be taking ONE of the O You experts and focusing on their teachings for one WHOLE week, putting their lessons into action in our own lives and telling you all about the journey here at the Daily OWN.
