As a mom of fur kids, EVERY single animal story speaks to me.   Like Oprah, I am a woman who LOVES dogs and I completely agree with her…”Some of my best moments on earth have been spent with my dogs.” Here are the notes from this amazing Lifeclass Lesson.  Be open to see LOVE and Lessons all around you…even when they come in little furry packages with paws.

• Oprah tells us she’s had 21 dogs to date…and nothing makes her happier than being with her dogs.
• “The truest, purest love is the love that comes from your dogs.” ~ Oprah
• Sophie – One of Oprah’s greatest teachers.  Going with her everywhere…Sophie was so attached to Oprah that she would howl when Oprah would leave her sight.  A deep love and affection…it wasn’t until she passed away her deep love for her.  Sophie was a little soul but had a great impact on my life.”  Nobody on earth had ever loved me like that little dog.”  Appreciation for all people who appreciate animals.
• Case Study:  Faith, the 2-legged dog.   A rescue at 3 weeks, Faith’s rescue family refused to loose faith in her.  “A demonstration of what it looks like to persevere,” says her fur mom.  Faith shows us that every little soul can be a big teacher.  As a therapy dog, this dog and this family shows us the capacity of the heart and the power that anything is possible.
• Anything is possible.
• If that little dog can do that, what can you do?
• When you think you can’t get up, think of Faith.  If she can, you can too. Just roll yourself up.
• Hope is everywhere.  You can get through anything.
• Case Study: Puppies Behind Bars – Back in 2009, the Oprah Winfrey Show brought us a story about men in prison transforming puppies to become service dogs…and in return, the puppies transforming these men.  When you ask yourself if reform is possible, you can see that this connection is that change.
• Love, nourishment and care…when you give it, it comes back to you because THAT is how the world works.
• What you are putting out is coming back to you all of the time.
• A miracle is a change in perception and a change in how you look at things.
• Every person – no matter how hardened and removed from life – has the power to feel love.
• The great power of love and redemption.
• Lesson: There is nothing more pure or giving than the love animals have to share.
• Case Study: In 2005, Nate’s Katrina Animal Connection – While on assignment reporting the Katrina devastation, Nate meets people that have done everything to save their pets, only to find out that they could not take the animals with them.  Nate, stopping in the moment and giving hope to strangers by helping those that needed help.  By taking the dogs to a friend’s house where they were staying, they were able to save 14 members of these people’s families…and reunite all of them after the catastrophe.  Taking that moment to connect…to see this…was the connection that brings us all together.  Thank you God for putting Nate in that moment…and for making this happen for these people…and animals.

• Case Study: Christian and Lion Lessons – 1969 John Rendall and Ace Berg adopted a lion cub…and if you search YouTube you can find their inspiring story. Makes me CRY every time.  Love knows no boundaries.
• Neither time nor distance can disconnect us.  There is a connection that holds us all together.
• Lesson:  There is a vibrational energetic connection that holds us all together. We are all connected.
