“When you do your best, people notice.”  Oprah has told us that for years and yesterday it rang true for her OWN network.   From the beginning, OWN has been thoughtful about their programming…building the network one solid brick at a time and removing those that aren’t strong enough.  Last night in an exclusive interview on “Oprah’s Next Chapter”, Oprah sat down with Whitney Houston’s family which included Bobbi Kristina, Pat Houston and Gary Houston for an emotional 90 minutes.  Oprah’s sensitivity and kindness were true to form.  She did her best and millions of people noticed.  In fact, the Oprah Winfrey Network scored its highest ratings ever with 3.5 million viewers garnering a triple digit growth across ALL key demographics.  For those of us who have been here since day one, this doesn’t surprise us because when you do your best…people will notice and they will tune in.
