The OWN Network has set the date for the highly anticipated “Why Not? with Shania Twain”.  The series will follow country/pop music star, Shania Twain, as she struggles to find her confidence and her OWN voice.   After a messy divorce (where her husband had been having an affair with her close friend) , Shania is ready to move on and upward.   The show will follow Shania’s OWN rediscovery as she engages with others that have experienced life changing disappointments or struggles.  Through all of it…she hopes to find her OWN inspiration and once again find her voice that so many of us have missed.  Special guests that are rumored to appear on the show are: Lionel Richie, musical producer David Foster and Gladys Knight.
