With the warm up weeks of Nate and Bob Greene, we are ready for whatever Martha Beck brings our way. Knowing her from Oprah and O Magazine, we already understood that this was going to be moving, motivating and powerful if we just took her coaching and like any other athlete….practiced it until we mastered it. Now, we are not thinking that 1 week will make us “Masters” but what we are hoping is that taking the time to focus in on the MB life lessons will help us to tap into our own power…and our OWN best life.
