I came across this recipe for “Sweetie Pie’s” Macaroni and Cheese and HAD to share it with you. Let me know if you try it and how it comes out. Enjoy!
SWEETIE PIE’S MACARONI AND CHEESE
Start to finish: 45 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound elbow macaroni pasta
1 cup whole milk
Two 12-ounce cans evaporated milk
3 eggs
2 sticks butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 pound colby cheese, shredded
1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup shredded American or mild Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer the pasta to a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the whole milk, evaporated milk and eggs. Mix with a fork until thoroughly combined.
Add the butter and colby, Monterey Jack, sharp Cheddar and Velveeta cheeses to the pasta.
Pour the milk and egg mixture over the pasta. Season with salt, pepper and sugar and toss. Sprinkle the top of the pasta with the remaining cup of American or Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.
Serves 10.

I love you Ms. Robbie and your family, I have a birthday coming up in January and this is my dream to visit Sweetie pies that’s all I ask for lord I sure hope I can get there, Come Satuary day night I get my Ice Cream and it’s on nobody brother me my show is on, but I missed last satday show I was in the hosiptal in ICU near death the doctors don’t nkow what happen to me, but the man up stairs said she won’t rest I’ll put her down for awhile I’m always looking out for others and not my self and it didn’t chain my son’s feelings towards me. i made the mac and cheese very goooood. can you post how to make the balls and how to deep fry them.
I was thinking when I watched Sweetie making her Mac and Cheese she also put sour cream in it ,your recipe doesn’t have sour cream in it Did you try it with the sour cream and it was not good in it or doesn’t have sour cream in it ????
