- W – Watch OWN programming whenever you can! Make OWN one of your FAVORITE THINGS and check out the shows whenever you can! If you don’t have the network, ask your friends if they have it and get some OWN parties going on. If you do…tell Oprah about it! The Oprah Book Club started a wave! Get your OWN wave started and take some time with like minded friends to watch. OR…watch the clips online, take a look at our recaps, go to Oprah.com and tell her what you think about what you see! Sometimes, there are ENTIRE episodes online! Watch them…and then tell 10 friends to watch them and send them the links! OWN original programming is fantastic and worth the watch!
- N – NOTICE the lessons and make some NOISE! Oprah has changed the world…and if you are reading this, she’s probably touched your life in one way or another. Take those lessons from Oprah and OWN…notice them in your OWN life and pass them on and out into the world! Yes, television is the way Oprah communicates with us and it has been a great medium for her lessons to reach the world…but if the lessons don’t get any further than your DVR. Our job is to take them out into the world and show just how one person, one at a time can make a difference. Be part of the change! Notice and make some NOISE!
